Private-sale purchase negotiation — across France
The asking priceis not the final price.
You have found the property. From there I take over the negotiation: I deal directly with the seller and obtain the lowest price they will accept. I am paid only on what you save.

Six real private-sale negotiations, from a Toulouse studio to a villa with a pool.
The context
Rates are rising.
The price can be negotiated.
Over twenty years, the average rate has risen from around 3.17% at the start of the year to 3.66% in October 2026. On a €300,000 loan that is almost €75 more every month, roughly €18,000 over the life of the loan.
You do not set the rate. You do influence the purchase price. Getting around €13,000 off that same property brings your monthly payment back exactly to where it was before the rise. And unlike a rate, a price reduction is permanent: it lowers the capital borrowed, the interest, the notary fees and the property tax.
Average market rates recorded in October 2026, excluding insurance. Illustrative calculation on €300,000 borrowed over 20 years.
Why me
Three reasons to hand me the price
No attachment to the property
You already picture your furniture in it. I see only a price, comparable sales and a seller to convince. That detachment is worth tens of thousands of euros.
Paid on results only
No file fee, no upfront package. If I obtain no reduction, you owe me nothing.
24 years on the other side of the table
I defended sellers' prices throughout my career, through two market downturns. I know what makes a seller give way, and I can spot the one who can no longer afford to wait.
